Our lovely james is leaving us to be a full time dad.
If you'll looking at this web site then you can see what we are about - ottolenghi style cooking, ecclectic and varied, seasonal and organic with a respect for ingredients and people. The candidate must have had at least 4 years experience some of which leading a team and must be able to create your diverse menus for our shop from seasonal ingredients.
We are open all week and particularly busy at weekends when we do major catering events. You would need to live locally and there are no split shifts -

We are inspired by Farmer's Markets and the Characters who work with the land.
We cook with organic and free range meats.
We want you to eat with the season and love it.
We have a strong desire to cultivate land and grow our own organic food - against a social background of agrochemical devastation of the soil, ruthless manipulation of the food market and subsidies for food exports -which destroy the livelihood of millions of poor farmers.
Legislation and planning policies favour agriculture on an industrial scale - all in the name of providing food for rich consumer societies.
This 'cheap' food costs us poor nutrition, obesity, poor health and the disappearance of civilized mealtimes. It also requires 'cheap' transport which pollutes and increases global warming, consumes vast quantities of energy and exerts such an enormous political pressure that wars are declared in order to perpetuate it.
As Chefs we wish to celebrate the growing of food and the good rearing of livestock in as direct a manner as possible, that is, by cooking it.

We have a dedicated team of staff who can attend your event: serving drinks and food to make it extra special.
