We are a small living business - If you pop into the shop, the chefs you meet are the chefs who will make your food. A rarity in the world of Catering.
The meat, fruit and salads are from independent farmers in south-east England - Cutting down food miles.
We know where our meat comes from -we buy directly from farmers who practice good animal husbandry.
You might be able to find cheaper catering but the quality of organic meat is infinitely superior and we think it is important to support the farmers who take this reponsability.
Banqueting
NEW FOR 2010 YOUR VERY OWN JERK TENT
For when the weather gets better or if your wishing that you'd booked that holiday....... this is a fantastic way to kick start any celebration, from weddings that are a bit different to backgarden parties. Our Jerk oven can barbeque up to 20 marinaded chickens at a time. The jerk sauce is from down town kingston brought back to the uk by our own 2 pan dan ( sorry we cannot reveal whats in it)
Three staff would serve from the tent to guests on china or our mini disposable boxes jerk chiken with fried plantain, coleslaw, rice and peas...from £20 a head.
Buffets

Choose your main course dishes -these come with sauces and garnish and are portioned so that everyone will have a little of each. We suggest three or four dishes, something leafy or raw, something starchy and filling and a vegetable.
