Summer Picnics
Each menu comes packed in a card board box with a handle. Inside the food is packed in bio degradable containers, you will find wooden cutlery and napkins.
There is a minimum order of two and ideally we would love 3 days notice.
Please note that we make our salads daily and you will get the fresh salad of the day.
Rustic charmer for 2
This picnic is packaged in an easy to carry HMF box with paper plates, wooden cutlery and napkins. Inside : One large butter puff pastry sausage roll made with outdoor reared Gloucester old spot pork from Stockings Farm. One Homity pie (v) made with whole meal pastry, crushed potatoes, caramelised onions, parsley, Montgomery cheddar and cream. Roast marinated free range chicken pieces (a thigh and a leg) A generous portion of Rhodes bakery bread and butter and a (150g) wrap of mustard and sugar glazed roast Dorset ham. A selection of four of our fresh salads made on the day - for example - mixed rice with almonds and herbs vinaigrette, a zingy tabouleh with lots of parsley and lemon, roast summer veg with preserved lemon and chilli, Moorish Fatoush with roast pepper and cumin dressing or spinach with pomegranate and walnuts. Then to finish chocolate cake or strawberries and cream We now sell half bottles of chablis £8.75 and lirac £6.50 which can be added to your picnic for an extra cost.
